Shari’s Introduces Four New, Limited Time Salmon Menu Options For Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
BEAVERTON, Ore., Feb. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Shari’s announced today four new, limited time menu options featuring Wild Alaskan and Smoked Salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now available for a limited time at all 94 Shari’s locations throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nebraska and Wyoming are the Smoked Salmon Omelette, Grilled Northwest Salmon Hash, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for and the Blackened Alaska Sockeye Salmon Po’boy.
For breakfast, Shari’s guests can enjoy the Smoked Salmon Omelette featuring a three egg omelette stuffed with cream cheese, shaved smoked salmon, topped with capers and green onions and served with a choice of hash browns and toast, French toast, pancakes or biscuits and gravy. The Grilled Northwest Salmon Hash includes two eggs cooked your way on a bed of hash with wild Alaskan Salmon. The hash features cooked diced red potatoes, green and red onions, served with a lemon horseradish cream and choice of toast, French toast, pancakes or biscuits and gravy. Shari’s also is featuring a Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with two freshly poached eggs nestled atop layers of shaved, smoked salmon on an English muffin and topped with diced red onion, capers and a creamy Hollandaise sauce and served with hash browns.
For lunch and dinner, try the Blackened Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Po’boy with freshly grilled Blackened Alaskan Sockeye Salmon served on a toasted French roll and topped with lettuce, tomato and a chipotle aioli and includes fries and a lemon wedge. Guests can also add a cup of Wild Alaskan Salmon Chowder. All special salmon menu options are now available at all Shari’s locations for a limited time.
